"Give me a young woman who loves home and family, who reads and ponders the scriptures daily, who has a burning testimony of the Book of Mormon. Give me a young woman who faithfully attends her church meetings, who is a seminary graduate, who has earned her Young Woman Recognition award and wears it with pride! Give me a young woman who is virtuous and who has maintained her personal purity, who will not settle for less than a temple marriage, and I will give you a young woman who will perform miracles for the Lord now and throughout eternity." President Ezra Taft Benson
I did exactly as President Benson instructed above. Basically, his counsel was largely responsible for the confusion and lack of understanding in my youth. The words are very attractive to any naive Mormon girl who is trying to figure out life, herself, and placement within the Mormon church. The problem is, is that the whole concept that is presented, is all part of the mental conditioning the church does to get all young women to do what the church says. The typical Mormon girl is more than willing to do this, no matter what the cost is to herself. The flowery words are mere brain washing and should be viewed as such.

I did everything this Mormonad prescribed and it turned my life into a complete disaster once I hit reality...it brings me to anger at times to realized how much programing really went on. So hard to look back on without sadness.
Anger and sadness are the true end results!!
