"It surely appears as if the Christian world has been "tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and the cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive." Who would say that it is not because they have done away with the officers whom God placed in his church to bring them to a unity of the faith? What more could be expected?" (A Marvelous Work and a Wonder, LeGrand Richards, Deseret Book Company, pp.91-92)
Ephesians 4:14
"That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive."
The scripture is speaking of maturity in Christ, not about the Christian world's doing away of the officers in His church.
It's a twisted perspective on the Mormons part.

You got to love the audacity of the Mormon Church to use a verse that really is speaking of people like them, against the very people it was written to, the Christian church. Its almost comical, and would be if it was not so serious.
