Jesus Christ / Joseph Smith - The Translator

Part 10 of 12

  1. Hi Handmaiden,

I am an exmormon like yourself. However, I have come to the understanding that not only is the LDS church totally not true, but Christianity as well is a total myth.

You see, the problem is that people are more than happy to look at the scientific evidence against Mormonism and come to the conclusion that it is not true. But they turn around and ignore the scientific evidence against their own faith.

In order to be totally free, you need to look at the even larger picture and see Christianity for what it is... a lie as well.

To each their own, but I couldn't apply the logic and common sense to Mormonism without also applying it to Christianity. Joseph Smith said he saw god, a lie. Jesus Christ walked on water, a lie. It's impossible for someone to walk on water. Besides if he had, he would be breaking the laws of nature that god supposedly put in place, that would make him unperfect and... you get the point.

You're on the right track and I can tell you that telling Jesus and the Christian god to take a hike has been the most liberating thing I have ever done.

Good luck in your recovery and feel free to visit my blog and leave comments.

    Just another evil apostate...
